摘　　要：目的建立了高效液相色谱法测定当归养血丸中丹皮酚的检测方法。方法色谱条件为C18色谱柱;柱温为室温;流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);流速1ml/min;检测波长:274nm。结果丹皮酚在0.0102～0.0510mg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。加样回收率为99.12%(RSD为2.88%,n=9)。结论比种方法简便,准确度高。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the paeonol content in Danggui Yangxue Pills. Methods HPLC was used to detect Paeonol in Danggui Yangxue pills with C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-H2O（70∶30）. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min and column temperature was 25℃. The detecting wavelength was at 274 nm. Results The method was linear at the range of 0.0102～0.0510 mg/ml for Paeonol（r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery rate was 99. 12%, RSD = 2.8%, n = 9）. Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate, which can be applied to the content determination of paeonol and the quality control of Danggui Yangxue pills.
