银防五味饮治疗小儿风疹86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银防五味饮治疗病毒性风疹的疗效。方法:选择2008年1月到2010年6月本院门诊及住院患者106例,随机分为治疗组56例和对照组30例。治疗组口服自拟银防五味饮,对照组口服板蓝根冲剂。结果:治疗组总有效率96.43%高于对照组83.33%,两者经x2检验(P<0.05),有较显著差异,且均无明显不良反应。结论:自拟银防五味饮治疗病毒性风疹疗效确切,价格低廉,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of treating rubella virus with Yinfang Wuwei decoction. Methods： To choose 106 cases of patients from January 2008 to June 2010, randomly divided into treatment group 56 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment using Yinfang Wuwei decoction, control group using Banlangen granules. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.43%, is better than control group 83.33%, two groups were examine by the χ^2 （P〈0.05）, have significant difference, and there were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Treating rubella virus with Yinfang Wuwei decoction has a good effect, low prices, side effects, worthy of clinical application.
