食管癌术后经鼻肠管注入中药促进胃肠功能恢复研究

摘　　要：目的促进食管癌术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。方法将60例食管癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组经鼻肠管内注入肠内营养液后注入100 ml生理盐水;观察组经鼻肠管内注入肠内营养液后注入150 ml自制中药,1次/d,连续3 d后评价效果。结果观察组术后首次肛门排气、排便及肠鸣音恢复时间显著早于对照组,血浆胃动素含量显著高于对照组、血管活性肠肽含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论食管癌术后患者经鼻肠管注入中药可有效促进胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To promote gastrointestinal recovery in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.Methods Sixty patients receiving esophageal cancer surgery were randomized into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given 100 ml normal saline via nasojejunal tube after enteral nutrition,while their counterparts in the observation group received 150 ml home-made traditional Chinese herbs via nasojejunal tube after enteral nutrition,with the frequency being one time per day.The effect was evaluated after 3-day treatment.Results Compared with the control group,gas passage,defecation,and bowel sound took place earlier in the observation group,concentration of plasma motilin was significantly higher and the concentration of vasoactive intestinal peptide was significantly lower in the observation group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Injection of traditional Chinese herbs via nasojejunal tube can effectively promote gastrointestinal recovery in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.
