摘　　要：介绍了锦纶6切片生产装置中真空转鼓干燥机真空系统的改进设计,利用水喷射泵代替原有的机械泵,方便了生产和维修,同时节约了维修费用,并降低了电耗,从而大大降低了生产成本。The modification on design of vacuum system of vacuum dryer in the production of PA6 chips was introduced.The mechanical pump was replaced by water jet pump,the production and maintenance work were easily,meanwhile,the repairing and energy expenses were reduced and the total production cost was cut down greatly.
