摘　　要：单元式高层住宅建筑防火设计中,能否合理有效组织双向疏散是贯彻执行《高层民用建筑防火设计规范》的关键问题之一。文章就如何认识单元式高层住宅双向疏散问题、合理利用剪刀楼梯设置两个安全出口、避免使用室外连廊等问题提出见解,并指出在设计中谨防陷入单向疏散误区。In the fire protection design of modular high-rise housing,whether two-way evacuation can be organized reasonably and effectively is one of the key problems to implement Code for Fire Protection Design of High-rise Civil Buildings. The article offers opinions on how to understand two-way evacuation of modular high-rise housing,setting up two fire exits by reasonable use of scissor stairs,avoiding the use of outdoor corridor,and other problems,and points out the necessity of guarding against the mistaken idea of one-way evacuation in the design.
