摘　　要：为确定全国0～17岁不同年龄组人群末梢血铜元素含量正常参考值范围,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测了来自全国8个省区的101 600名0～17岁健康个体末梢血中铜元素的含量,用百分位数法确定其参考值范围。结果表明,取第5、第97百分位数值分别作为参考值下限和上限,参考值范围依次为:0岁:8.51～25.63μmol/L,1岁:9.61～28.80μmol/L,2～5岁:9.13～31.80μmol/L,6岁:9.37～33.80μmol/L,7～11岁:8.53～24.70μmol/L,12～17岁:7.12～21.29μmol/L。该法检测末梢血中铜元素含量简便、快捷,测定值可在全国范围内制订正常参考值时提供依据。To determine the concentrations of the copper in peripheral blood samples of 0~17 years old people in different provinces,and build the normal reference ranges of copper,the content of copper of the blood samples of 101 600 healthy people was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the values of P5~P97 were to be convenient for clinical use.The result is： 0 year old： 8.51~25.63 μmol/L;1 year： 9.61~28.80 μmol/L;2~5 years：9.13~31.80 μmol/L;6 years：9.37~33.80 μmol/L;7~11 years：8.53~24.70 μmol/L;12~17 years：7.12~21.29 μmol/L.It concludes this method is convenient and fast.The reference value is meaningful for clinical use in the most region of China.
