摘  要:以CaO,NaNO3为添加剂,研究了添加剂配比和焙烧温度对高钛渣物相组成的影响。焙烧实验结果说明,改性焙烧使高钛渣中的TiO2转变为钛酸钙,且焙烧温度越高,CaO添加剂配比越大,相转变越完全。高钛渣改性的适宜条件:高钛渣与CaO,NaNO3的配比为10:8:3;焙烧温度为1200~1300℃;焙烧时间为120min。对改性后的高钛渣进行了初步的酸解浸出实验,在焙烧温度1200℃、焙烧时间120min、高钛渣与CaO,NaNO3的配比为10:8:3时,浸出率可达到96.23%。CaO and NaNO3 were used as chemical additives in the research, and influences of the chemical additive proportion and roasting temperature on the phase composition of high titanium slag have been studied. The experimental results showed that the modified roasting made the TiO2 contained in the high titanium slag and other impurities gradually transform into titanate calcium, and the transformation was complete with higher temperature and chemical additive proportion. The suitable modified condition: proportion of high titanium slag, NaNO3 and CaO is 10: 8: 3; The roasting temperature is 1 200 - 1 300℃ with roasting time of 120 min. The leaching rate 96.23% can achieve when high titanium slag and NaNO3, CaO ratio is 10 : 8: 3.
