摘  要:采用工程法测量发动机表面辐射噪声,结果表明:适当的生物柴油掺烧油比例能降低内燃机噪声,内燃机的动力性能与原机基本相当,纯生物柴油的噪声比纯柴油的噪声仅降低约2.9%;在一定工况下,相同转速随着负荷的增加,适当的掺烧比能降低内燃机噪声,纯生物柴油在2 000 r/min下不同扭矩的噪声比纯柴油仅少1%;纯柴油噪声在800~20 000Hz范围内稍高于生物柴油,而在其它范围纯柴油噪声均优于纯生物柴油,说明使用生物柴油能降低内燃机的噪声。The article adopted project method to measure the surface radiation noise for engine,the results indicate that proper biological diesel oil with mixed burning ratio could reduce the engine noise,the power of internal combustion engine have the same power for original engine,the noise of pure biological diesel(B100) is about 2.9%less than that of pure diesel(B0 );Proper biological diesel oil with mixed burning ratio could reduce the engine noise in the same speed and different torque,the noise of B100 is about 1%less than that of B0 in 2000r/min and different torque;In 800~20000Hz range,B0 noise is higher than B100 In other range,pure diesel is better than biological diesel.It is explain that using the biological diesel is able to reduce the noise for engine.
