摘　　要：本文基于高技术战争特点的认识,简要阐述了核心军事能力的几个主要特征,主要表现在知己知彼的信息优势、联合一体的军事行动、剑锋所指的战斗精神、机动灵活的作战艺术、慑打一体的战斗力量。Based on cognition of high-tech war conditions,this paper expounds the major characteristics of core military capability,including information preponderance obtained from knowing both oneself and one＇s opponents,united military actions,valiant fighting spirit,flexible artistic operations,together with integration of military deterrent and attack.
