用单向凝固法生产特厚板坯的可行性研究

摘　　要：介绍了侧冷方式下单向凝固的特点，并探讨了用这种工艺生产厚板坯的可行性。研究结果表明：在侧冷方式下，用该工艺铸造的钢坯组织致密，夹杂物上浮情况良好．无集中缩孔，综合成材率可达90％左右，用该方法生产特厚板坯极具可行性。The characteristic of directional solidification by side cooling are introduced. The feasibility of heavy slab production by this technology is discussed. The research results showed that slab structure is compact, the float situation of inclusion is well and there is no centralized shrinkage Pipe and comprehehsive rolling yield is ninety percent. This method for special heavy slab production is very feasible.
