摘　　要：介绍鞍钢宽厚板厂2号步进式加热炉的工艺及流程。详细阐述该系统功能实现、存在问题及解决方法，包括板坯测长机能、APC机能、推钢机定位、步进梁行程定位等。The technology and flow sheet of No. 2 walking beam furnace of AISC Heavy plate Plant are introduced. The execution of system function, existenting problems and solutions for resolving them are described in detail, which include the funchon of slab length measurement,the function of APC, pusher position setting and stroke setting of walking beam.
