摘　　要：通过对鞍钢炼铁厂铁水罐外表散热过程的理论分析与计算得出：在不改变现有铁水罐外型条件下减薄罐衬，可以扩大罐容．对减少铁水温降、降低炼钢成本和能耗都有极大的作用。Through theoretical analysis and calculation to surtace heat eliminating of hot metal ladle of AISC Ironmaking Plant. the ladle volume may be enlared by thinning ladle lining without outline changing, which will have great effect on decreasing temperature drop. increasijng steel scrap ratio and reducing steelmaking cost and energy consumption.
