论“合法伤害”在国际关系中的运用及滥用规避

摘　　要：虽然对"合法伤害"的相关概念暂无成文界定,但是其在实际生活中的运用却已相当广泛,一些强权国家在处理国际事务时也多次使用这一手段来达到自己的目的。"合法伤害"已经成为一种获取自身利益的特殊途径,但"合法伤害"的滥用将产生一定负面影响,因而必须充分了解"合法伤害"的定义、特点、表现形式等,进而有效规避其在国际交往活动中的滥用。Although ＂Legal Injury＂ has no statutory definition or other related concepts,its use has already quite extensive in real life,and some powerful countries used it in handling international affairs to achieve their own purpose.＂Legal Injury＂ has become a special way for themselves interests,and the abuse of it would have some negative impacts,so the definition,characteristics,forms of the ＂Legal Injury＂ must be fully understood in order to avoid abuse effectively it in international activities.
