摘　　要：腺苷钴胺是维生素B12产生菌直接代谢产生的,属于辅酶型维生素B12,可直接参与人体内的生化反应,其疗效较普通维生素B12好许多,因此它被研制成多种剂型用于恶性贫血和神经炎症的治疗。本文章从高温、高湿、强光等方面对其稳定性进行研究,目的在于给其制剂生产过程和临床用药过程提供参考。Cobamamide is coenzyme-type vitamin B12 which is produced by strains of vitamin B12 through metabolism directly,it is can be directly involved in the biochemical reaction of the body,and the effect is much better than ordinary vitamin B12,so it was developed into a variety of dosage form for the treatment of pernicious anemia and nerve inflammation.The stability study of cobamamide is performed by heat,humidity and light in this article,so as to present reference to the production process of its pharmaceutics and to guide clinical medication.
