抗虫短季棉鲁棉研19号的选育与性状分析

摘　　要：以泗棉3号转Bt基因常规抗虫棉选系鲁55系为父本、短季棉鲁458系为母本杂交并选育出转基因短季抗虫棉新品种鲁棉研19号,实现了抗虫性与早熟性的良好结合,且育成品种的早熟性、衣分、株高等主要农艺和经济性状超高亲。本文就该品种的选育过程和其性状超亲现象作了简要分析。The short-season Bt cotton variety SCRC19 was developed from the cross of Lu 458 with Lu 55.The female parent Lu 458 was a short-season line and the male parent Lu 55 was a normal Bt transgenic line from Simian 3.SCRC19 showed the combination of insect resistance with short season characteristics.Moreover,some important agronomic and economic traits of SCRC19,such as early maturity,lint percent,plant height were over its better-parent.The breeding process and over better-parent traits were briefly analyzed in this paper.
