摘　　要：马钢300m^3级高炉能够取得一代炉龄超过8年、单位炉容产铁量超过6 700 t/m^3的长寿目标,有赖于日常对高炉的精心维护。其主要经验如下:稳定高炉操作,保持炉况稳定顺行;注重入炉料的品位和冶炼性能;对冷却壁精心维护;安装小型冷却器等。The campaign life of 300 m3 BFs at Maanshan I & S Co.,Ltd. reached 8 years with cumulative productivity of 6 700 ton hot metal/m3-inner volume and without intermediate repair. The main long campaign experiences are as follows:to ensure smooth and stable operation in blast furnace;to pay attention to both Fe content and metallurgical properties of material;to maintain meticulously cooling staves and insert small cylinder cooling element,etc.
