摘　　要：涟钢4号、1号高炉曾先后发生炉底烧穿事故,通过采取快速修补、降低冶炼强度、加强监护、在烧结矿中配入钒钛矿粉护炉等措施,使高炉逐步恢复到了全风作业,延长了高炉寿命。重点介绍了4号高炉炉底烧穿的原因、处理及维护。The furnace bottoms of No. 4 BF and No.1 BF at Lianyuan Steel were burn out separately in 1989 and in 1997. A series of measures, such as rapid repairing, decreasing smelting intensity, strengthening management, charging sinter bearing V-Ti and so on, were taken. As results, the production of BFs was improved and the life of BFs was prolonged. The disposal of bottom burn-out of No. 4 BF was introduced particularly.
