摘 要:与双出杆阻尼器相比,单出杆阻尼器有较大的行程,更适合应用于安装空间有限的领域。设计用于平衡活塞杆进出缸体而造成缸体内体积变化的蓄能器是设计单出杆阻尼器的关键技术之一。首先推导了含有弹簧活塞蓄能器的单出杆磁流变阻尼器的阻力计算公式,并分析了阻力的性能特征;而后,讨论了普通弹簧活塞蓄能器的主要参数确定方法与在体积补偿过程中所存在的主要缺陷;最后结合形状记忆合金的超弹性特性,提出了基于超弹性形状记忆合金弹簧的活塞蓄能器,并给出了相关设计方法。Compared to the double ended magnetorheological (MR) dampers, single-ended MR dampers are more suitable in limited-space fields required due to their larger strokes. An accumulator is needed for a single-ended MR damper to balance the volume changes as the piston rod is pushed out or into the cylinder. Since an accumulator has a great influence on the damper's performances, this influence should be taken into account in the damper's designing procedure. Here, the damping force formula was deduced for a single-ended MR damper with a spring accumulator. Then, both the method of a determination main parameters of regular spring accumulator and its inherent drawbacks were presented. Finally, based on the super elastic character of a shape memory alloy (SMA) , a SMA spring accumulator was proposed and its design method was given as well.
