事业单位工作人员养老保险需求倾向影响因素研究

摘　　要：针对事业单位养老保险制度改革的重大现实问题,以相关理论与文献综述为基础,选取西安市教育、科技、文化、行政监管、公益服务等事业单位工作人员为研究样本,采用分层整群随机抽样方法实施问卷调查,对事业单位养老保险现状进行描述和分析,通过变量设计与多项分类Logistic回归模型构建,实证分析得出年龄、婚姻状况、单位性质、工作年限、月基本工资、月基本生活支出、期望缴费比例、退休前一月基本工资和期望养老金替代率是影响事业单位工作人员养老保险需求倾向的主要因素,最后提出相关对策建议,为完善事业单位养老保险制度提供数据支持和决策依据。Facing the great realistic problem on the public institutions＇ endowment insurance system reform,based on related research and literature reviews,this paper chooses the public institutions′ staff in education,technology,culture,administrative supervision and public service as research samples in Xi′an City,and implements questionnaire survey by stratified cluster random sampling method,and describes and analyzes the status of endowment insurance of public institutions.Then the paper designs variables and builds the Multivariate Logistic Regression Model,and draws the conclusion that the major influencing factors of endowment insurance demand inclination of public institutions′staff are age,marital status,institution unit property,work years,basic wage per month,basic life expenditure per month,expectation for proportion of payment,basic wage of the first month before retirement and expectation for pension replace rate.Finally,the paper puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide data support and decision basis for improving the public institutions′ endowment insurance system.
