摘　　要：介绍西门子Simotion运动控制系统在托辊管加工机床上的应用。该机床是托辊自动化加工装配线上的一台机电一体化自动加工设备,其主要功能是对托辊管进行自动端面加工处理,包括锪端面和倒内外角。整个机床控制系统主要由SIEMENS Simotion D运动控制系统、MM440变频器,触摸屏TP177B、远程输入输出模块ET200M等组成。介绍该系统的硬件组态及控制功能的实现。Application of Siemens Simotion motion control system to the roller tube processing machine tool was introduced.The machine was a mechatronics automatic processing machine which belonged to the automatic processing assembly line for rollers.The main function of it was to do pairs of tube-end processing automatically,including countersinking end and chamfer.The whole control system of the machine tool was mainly composed of motion controller Simotion D,inverters MM440,touch screen TP177B,remote IO module ET200M and etc.The hardware configuration and control function implementation of the system were presented.
