摘　　要：文章分析了专科特色大学不同于综合类大学的数字资源馆藏特点,提出这类大学对网上丰富的免费学术资源的选择和利用不应求"全",而应求"精",要针对各校实际情况,将免费资源的筛选、利用与学校的学科建设和图书馆的现有资源紧密结合,补充资源薄弱学科,保障学校重点学科,实现付费资源与免费资源的学科互补。文章结合电子科技大学图书馆在此方面的具体实践展开论述。This article makes an analysis of the characteristics of colleges for professional training which are different from those of comprehensive universities,and points out that the libraries of colleges for professional training should not seek free online academic resources ＂fewer and better＂,not ＂all-inclusive＂.Aiming at the practical needs of different schools,the libraries should select resources through elimination,closely combine both the construction of the disciplines and the library＇s resources,to compensate for the insufficiency of the weak disciplines,guarantee the key disciplines so as to achieve the inter-complement between paid online resources and free online resources.The author＇s opinions are expounded by combining the concrete practice of the library of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
