摘　　要：区域图书馆联盟的发展现状表明,联盟建设的运行机制存在很多的问题。要确保其有效的运行,图书馆联盟应建立科学、合理的运行机制,以提高联盟的运行效率,增强竞争力,从而推动图书馆事业健康、持续地发展。Development of Regional Library Consortia shows that there are many problems in operational mechanisms. Author believes that Library Consortia should establish a scientific and rational operating mechanism to improve the efficiency and enhance competitiveness, if we want to ensure its effective operation,thus libraries will develop healthfully and sustain ably.
