摘　　要：目的分析核素肾动态显像在评估活体供肾者肾功能状况中的作用。方法 140例亲属供肾者术前均接受碍标记二乙三胺五乙酸(99Tcm-DTPA)肾动态显像,计算出总肾和分肾肾小球滤过率(GFR)值;根据肾功能图形和GFR值评估供肾功能。结果发现17例肾功能异常,主要表现为排泄缓慢、半排时间延长或GFR值降低。其中3例双肾功能损害,5例右侧单肾功能损害,9例左侧单肾功能损害。结论肾动态显像可用于评估亲属活体供肾者的总肾和分肾功能,有助于筛选供肾和预测移植术后肾功能的状况。Objective To explore the role of renal dynamic imaging in evaluating the renal function of related living donors before the renal transplantation.MethodsA total of 140 related living donors underwent ^99Tc^m-DTPA renal dynamic imaging before operation,and the total and split GFR value were obtained.Results17 cases were found disfunction in kidney.ConclusionRenal dynamic imaging is valuable to assess the total and split renal function of living donors,as an useful method for selecting the related living kidney transplantation donors.
