摘　　要：介绍QDB系列催化剂在国内首套四喷嘴水煤浆加压气化制氨装置上的工业应用情况。运行结果表明:QDB系列催化剂具有良好的催化性能,特别是QDB-03催化剂,在较高压力、较高CO含量、高水气比的苛刻工艺条件下,表现出优越的活性、活性稳定性及结构稳定性,完全能满足水煤浆气化高压、高水气比苛刻工况对催化剂性能的要求。An account is given of the industrial application of the QDB catalyst series in the am- monia production unit with the first domestic four-nozzle coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier. Its oper- ation results show that these catalysts have good catalytic properties, especially the QDB-03 catalyst, which, under the severe process conditions of high pressure, high CO content and high water-gas ratio, manifests excellent activity, stable activity and stable structure, able to meet the requirements of catalyst properties fully under the severe conditions of high pressure gasification of coal-water slurry and high water-gas ratio.
