摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与病人药物治疗方案设计的意义。方法:通过药学监护重症化脓性脑膜炎病人,了解临床药师参与实践的过程,配合医师为病人提供个体化药物治疗方案。结果:根据病人临床表现,多次更改治疗方案,最终找到合适的抗菌药物,使病人治愈出院。结论:临床药师参与病人药物治疗方案设计,可以协助医师进一步提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective： To explore the significance of clinical pharmacists participating in designing drug treatment programs for patients.Methods： Through providing the pharmaceutical care for severe purulent meningitis patients,the clinical pharmacists understood the process of treatment and in cooperating with physicians,provided the individualized treatment regimens to the patients.Results： According to clinical manifestations,the treatment regimens were changed many times,and suitable antibacterials were found ultimately.The patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.Conclusion： The participation of the clinical pharmacists in drug treatment regimens designing for patients is effective in helping physicians to improve medication safety and effectiveness.
