摘　　要：在试验室条件下研究讨论了有机酯水玻璃砂相关原材料对其性能的影响规律；提出了相关原材料的选用原则，结合工厂具体情况提出了用于实际生产的最佳型砂配方。This paper discusses the effect of relative materials on organic ester selfhardening sodium silicate sand in laboratory.It also presents the selective principles of relative materials and the best ingredient for production moulding sand,according to the production condition.At last it is succeeded in practical production.\=
