摘　　要：心电图运动负荷试验是指通过运动增加心脏负荷,用于冠心病及其他疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后评价的一种检查方法。ACC/AHA关于运动试验的最新指南中与前次有部分改动,亦有增加的新内容,包括禁忌症、运动试验结果分析、终止运动试验的指征、诊断冠心病ST段解释事项、运动试验危险度、心肌梗死后的运动试验、女性患者心电图分析的准确性,综合ACC/AHA关于运动试验的最新指南认为,平板运动试验是一项很有意义的检查项目,但仍有很多值得研究的内容。Electrocardiograph （ECG） exercise test refers to the diagnosis method which use the increase of heart load for the diagnosis,treatment and evaluating prognosis of Coronary Heart Disease and other diseases. Compared with the previous one, the latest guide for exercise test in ACC/AHA has some changes and new contents, including contraindications, analysis of exercise test results, the indications of terminating exercise testing, the explanation of ST-segment in diagnosing Coronary Heart Disease, the risk level of exercise test, Myocardial Infarction after exercise test, and the accuracy of female patients ECG analysis. The latest guide of exercise testing in ACC/AHA shows that the exercise treadmill testing is a very meaningful examination items, and there are still many contents which are worth researching.
