习仲勋主政广东时期的改革开放思想

摘　　要：习仲勋在1978年4月到1980年11月主政广东时期,积极探索广东省利用自身优势发展经济的道路,为广东省改革开放在全国先走一步做出了卓越的贡献。他认为广东省要恢复、发展经济,必须对高度集中的计划经济管理体制进行改革,必须充分发挥自身优势进行改革开放。习仲勋率先提议广东改革开放的思想动因在于他有着执政为民的思想,实事求是的创新精神以及调查研究、科学决策的工作方式。When Xi Zhongxun was the administrator in Guagndong Province from April 1978 to November 1980,he explored Guangdong pattern of developing economy by making use of its own advantage,and made a remarkable contribution for Guangdong Province taking the lead to implement the reform and opening policy.He believed that Guangdong Province must carry on the reform to the planned economy management system,display own strengths fully.His initiation in Guangdong is originated from his thought of serving for people,creativity as well as his work style of research and macro-scientific policy-making.
