试论马克思主义视角下国际安全机制的起源理论

摘　　要：马克思主义认为源于需要的国家安全利益是国际安全机制构建的出发点与归宿。国家安全利益具有鲜明的主体性,是国家生存发展的条件,因此,国家安全利益也是一种生存发展权利。基于利益的国际政治权利是国际安全机制形成的基本动因。权力分布和利益汇合最能解释国际机制的形成,基于利益的国际政治权力是国际安全机制形成的现实基础,只有能较好地反映权力结构的国际安全机制才能真正起到维护国家安全利益的作用。Marxism holds that national security interest originating from the needs is the starting and the ending points of international security Mechanism construction.With distinctive subjectivity national security interest is Precondition of national existence and development.as weu as the right of existence and development.International political right based on interest is the fundamental driving force of security mechanism forming.It is the distribution of powers and converges of interests that can interpret on security mechanism forming.International political power based on interest is realistic basis of forming the security mechanism.Thus,only those international security mechanism that can reflect the structure of powers can really play the role of safeguarding national security interests.
