摘　　要：在海上责任保险以保护第三人利益为目标的发展趋势下,第三人直接请求权制度引发广泛的关注。通过对海上责任保险第三人直接请求权制度的局限性观点的分析与校正,进一步阐述了该制度存在的合理性与可行性,从而探讨了海上责任保险第三人直接请求权的制度价值。As protecting the third party＇s interests has become the target of marine liability insurance,the system of the third party＇s direct claim right attracts great attention.Based on the analysis and disputation of the view that the system of the third party＇s direct claim right may have limitation,the thesis discusses the rationality and feasibility of the system,and analyze its value accordingly.
