摘　　要：在建设"海峡西岸经济区"的进程中,福建省地方高校要抓住机遇,用哲学的视角,更新办学理念、创新办学机制、突出办学特色、改善科技服务、增强办学活力、提高办学效果,加快发展,从而不断优化人才培养结构,培养经济建设紧缺、急需的人才,为海西建设提供强有力的人才和智力支持。In the progress of the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits,the local universities in Fujian should catch the opportunity,change the ideal of the school foundation with a philosophical view,and innovate its system,improve its technology service,increase its energy and enhance its effect.Through these ways,it can improve the system of the education about the qualified people,and afford the human and intelligent support to the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits.
