摘　　要：目的探讨肩胛上悬吊复合体(Superior shoulder suspensory complex,SSSC)两处损伤的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾分析我院自2000年8月至2010年2月收治的18例SSSC两处损伤患者的临床资料。患者年龄18～56岁,均有不同程度的合并损伤。伤后至手术时间为3～21 d(平均9.6 d)。18例患者均采用手术治疗,其中11例仅固定锁骨或肩锁关节,7例联合固定锁骨或肩锁关节及肩胛颈骨折。结果肩关节功能根据Herscovici标准进行评定,优13例,良2例,可2例,差1例。结论肩部悬吊复合体两处损伤行手术治疗后,恢复了SSSC的稳定性,但针对不同患者应采取个性化手术治疗方案,患者早期进行功能锻炼,关节功能恢复满意。Objective To explore the effect of two injuries of superior shoulder suspensory complex（SSSC） by surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 18 cases with two injuries of SSSC from August 2000 to February 2010,and the patients had different degrees of merger damage.All of the 18 cases were treated surgically,a simple immobilization was done for the obviously displaced clavicular or dislocated acromioclavicular joint in 11 cases,and combined fixation was conducted for the rest.Results According to the Herscovici system,the result was classified as excellent in 13 cases,good in 2 cases,fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case.Conclusion The stability of the SSSC was recovered after surgery,but personalized operative treatment program should be adopted.
