摘　　要：分析了神华准格尔能源公司选煤厂洗选二车间介质消耗高的具体原因,针对存在的问题,从设备技术改造、生产运行管理、介质粉采购入库管理等三个方面提出了改进措施,详细介绍了每项措施的具体内容,为完善生产工艺、改进管理作了探索。生产实践表明:经过技术改造,强化生产管理,选煤厂洗选二车间的介质损耗控制在0.8kg/t以内,降低了选煤成本,提高了全厂的经济效益。The article analyzed the specific reason of the high medium consumption of Coal Washing ＆ Selecting Workshop II of Coal Selecting Plant of Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd of Shenhua Industry Group. In view of existing problems, the article specifically introduced the contents of every item of measures and improvement methods from three perspectives such as equipment reformation, production operations management and medium powder procurement warehouse management thus researched on procession technology perfection and reform management. The production practices indicated that through the technology reform, production management enforcement the Coal Washing ＆ Selecting Workshop 11 of Coal Selecting Plant, the medium consumption is controlled within 0.8kg/t that dramatically decreased coal selecting costs and increased the economy benefit of the entire plant.
