摘 要:模拟高酸性气田集输系统条件,通过电化学腐蚀失重、氢致开裂和硫化物应力开裂试验对L360管道焊缝进行了耐蚀性研究。结果表明,添加缓蚀剂前后焊缝的腐蚀速率分别为0.437 mm/a和0.102 mm/a,腐蚀产物包括FeCO_3,FeS,FeO(OH)和FeO,焊缝没有出现氢致开裂和硫化物应力开裂,但发现少许氢鼓泡。Under the conditions of simulated gas-gathering line system of high sour gas well, the anti-corrosion of L360 pipe welds was studied through the electrochemical test, hydrogen induced corrosion (HIC) test and sulfide stress cracking (SSC) test. The re- sults indicated the that corrosion rates before and after corrosion inhibitor addition were 0.437mnda and 0.102mm/a respectively, and the corrosion products were FeCO3, FeS, FeO (.OH)and FeO. No HIC and SSC cracks were found in the pipe welds, but some hydrogen blistering were found on the surface.
