基于GIS的“城中村”用地评价研究——以武汉市江汉区为例

摘　　要：以江汉区5个"城中村"为例,从"城中村"用地评价作为切入点,运用GIS技术,采用多因子综合评价的方法,研究"城中村"用地特征,得出"城中村"用地评价图,为"城中村"整治规划提供科学依据。For the case study,five ＂Urban villages＂ in Jianghan district were selected for a detailed study by using GIS technology and methods of AHP,which offered the basis for observation and analysis of such transformation.It got the right-of-way appraisal of the five＂village in city＂in Jianghan district Wuhan city by using the technique of GIS,selected the five factors that related to its deform.Through analyzing it deduced the index map of overall merits,and based on it,it worked out the re-form and planning of＂village in city＂to accelerate the develop of the deform of ＂village in city＂.
