摘  要:研究了以硫化钠(Na2S)为还原剂的化学氧化还原-中和-絮凝沉淀法处理含铬废水。通过单因素及正交实验,确定最佳工艺条件为:反应pH为1.6,200 mL模拟水中加入Na2S 1.1 g,反应时间为90 min。用石灰粗调碱液精调的方式调节,在pH值为8.6~9.0时,总铬的去除率在98.77%以上,达到国家污水排放标准。本实验能直接回收铬渣中三氧化二铬(Cr2O3),作为含铬原料应用到工业生产中,既节省了原材料又避免了大量铬渣堆积带来的二次污染问题。Taking sodium sulfide as the reducing agent,the method of oxidation-reduction-neutralization-flocculation-precipitation of disposing electroplating wastewater was studied.Through the single factor and the orthogonal experiments,the best technological conditions were determined: pH value was 1.6;200 mL simulant wastewater joined sodium sulfide 1.1 g;the reaction time was 90 min.With the lime coarse adjustment and lye fine balance,with the pH value 8.6~9.0,the removal rate of the total chromium above 98.77%,the country sewage disposal standard was achieved.This experiment could recycle chromium oxide in the chromium dregs directly,which could be applied to the industrial production as the chromic raw material.It not only saved the raw material but also avoided the second pollution which the massive chromium dregs brought.
