摘 要:根据褐稻虱在不同抗性水稻品种上的生存率、发育进度、蜜露量、群体建立与感虫对照品种TN1上的差异显著性作比较,综合评定了野栽杂种后代水稻品种对褐稻虱的抗性机制。结果显示,野栽杂种后代对褐稻虱的抗生级别为1-3级,存活率为22%-40%,蜜露量为7.4-14.4 mm^2,种群数量为14-32头/雌,均显著低于对照品种TN1。试验结果表明:野栽杂种后代水稻品种对褐稻虱的抗性机制为抗生性。Based on the significant differences between offspring of wide rice and TN~,the susceptible check variety, in a series of resistance indices such as survival, honeydew amount, population establishment, the resistance mechanism of offspring of wide rice to BPH was synthetically evaluated. The results were as follows: The resistant score of offspring of wide rice to BPH is 1-3,it was a high degree of resistance. On offspring of wide rice the survival rate of BPH was 22%-40%, the honeydew amount was 7.4-12.4 mm^2, the number of population establishment was 14-32 per female, the divergence between them were significant. It was confirmed that the resistance mechanism of offspring of wide rice to BPH was antibiotic.
