摘  要:为研究不同生殖激素对水牛同期发情效果的影响,选择320头奶水牛,根据直肠检查结果将牛群随机分为对照组和3个试验组,试验组分别采用促性腺释放激素(GnRH)、前列腺素类(PG)、孕马血清促性腺素(PMSG)进行同期发情处理。结果表明:应用GnRH法、PG法和PMSG法的发情率分别为26.35%、85%、83.75%,妊娠率分别为21.25%、44%和42.5%。从不同繁殖状态分析,青年奶水牛应用PMSG法的同期发情效果最好;从卵巢发育状态分析,处于卵泡期的奶水牛同期发情效果最好。In order to study the different effects of hormones on the impact of buffalo estrus synchronization,320 buffalo,cattle according to rectal examination results were divided into control group and three experimental groups,the experimental group were used to time insemination method(GnRH),PMSG law,PG method for synchronization of estrus.The results showed that,Timing Insemination Act,PG Law and PMSG Law estrus rates were 26.35%,85%,83.75%,pregnancy rate were 21.25%,44% and 42.5%.From the analysis of different reproductive status,young buffalo application PMSG estrus synchronization method worked best.From the state of ovarian development to the same period in the follicular phase of the buffalo estrus best.
