摘 要:为了解目前大肠杆菌的耐药性,通过药敏片法对洛阳周边地区采集的28株鸡源大肠杆菌进行了7种抗生素药敏试验。结果显示,这28株大肠杆菌对7种药物都有不同程度的耐药性,其耐药性的强弱次序依次为复方新诺明、青霉素、呋喃妥因、氯霉素、红霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素;且不同的菌株对一种抗生素的耐药性不同。该结果表明大肠杆菌的耐药现象十分严重,主要是由于近年来人们盲目大量应用抗生素造成的,应当引起广大畜牧兽医工作者的高度重视。The paper used drug sensitive paper method studed 28 E.coli collected surrounding area in Luoyang City on 7 antibiotics susceptibility test to understand the current resistance of E.coli.The results showed that the 28 strains of E.coli from chicken 7 had different degrees of drug resistance.The order of the strength of their resistance were co-trimoxazole,penicillin,nitrofurantoin,chloramphenicol,erythromycin,streptomycin,gentamicin.The different strains on the same antibiotic resistance were not the same.E.coli had very serious problem of drug resistance,it was caused by a lot of antibiotics used blindly in recent years the animal husbandry and veterinary workers should pay more attition.
