摘 要:用粉煤灰、煤渣、膨润土、沸石4种处理剂分别对电镀废水进行吸附处理,通过检测滤液中Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+的浓度,综合筛选出对废水中Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+去除效果好的处理剂。结果表明,沸石对Cu2+的去除效果最好,平均去除率达97.35%;对Zn2+和Ni2+的去除效果却最差。膨润土对Zn2+和Ni2+的去除效果最好,平均去除率分别达到100%和93.6%。沸石、粉煤灰、煤渣对Cu2+和Zn2+的去除效果都分别优于对Ni2+的处理效果。用粉煤灰代替膨润土处理Cu2+和Zn2+,能降低80%的成本。The fly ash,cinders coal,bentonite,zeolite are used for treatment agents to treat electroplating waste water,and the treatment of filters liquid were examinated concentration of Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Ni^2+.The result of examination were used to screening an effective additive to Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Ni^2+ from fly ash,cinders coal,bentonite and zeolite.The results showed the removal efficiency of zeolite to Cu^2+ were better than others,its removal rate attained 97.35%,but to Zn^2+ and Ni^2+ were most bad,only 85.35% and 66.0% separately,The removal efficiency of bentonite to Zn^2+ and Ni^2+ were better than others.And the removal efficiency of fly ash,cinders coal,zeolite to Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ were better than that to bentonite,removal rate were 100% and 93.6% separately.The fly ash can replace bentonite to remove Cu^2+,Zn^2+ in the same efficiency,which can reduce 80% of the processing cost.
