电针联合巨刺法穴位注射治疗脑血管病引起的顽固性呃逆100例

摘　　要：目的探讨电针、巨刺法穴位注射内关、足三里治疗脑血管病引起顽固性呃逆的效果。方法将200例患者按年龄、性别、病程、临床表现等随机分组,治疗组100例采用电针加巨刺法穴位注射内关、足三里联合治疗,对照组100例单用电针治疗。结果治疗组治疗1个疗程后统计,治愈65例(65.00%),好转32例(32.00%),总有效率97.00%;对照组治疗1个疗程后统计,治愈45例(45.00%),好转40例(40.00%),总有效率85.00%。两组总有效率有显著性差异(P(0.05),并且在同样的治愈病例中治疗组施治次数明显少于对照组。结论电针、巨刺法穴位注射内关、足三里联合治疗脑血管病引起顽固性呃逆有良好效果,提示采用巨刺法取健侧激发人体正气、增强免疫,可降低脑血管病的病死率,对脑血管病的恢复有协同作用。Objective To study the clinical effect about electroacupuncture combined with Point Injection of opposing needling in treating intractable hiccup resulted from Cerebrovascular Disease（selecting Zusanli Point and Neiguan Point.）Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,every group had 100 cases.The treatment group were treated with point injection of opposing needling at Zusanli Point and Neiguan Point,the control group were treated with electroacupuncture.Results 65 cases were cured and 32 cases were improved in the treatment group after one treatment courses.The total effective rates reached 97.00%,but 45 cases were cured and 40 cases were improved in the control group after one treatment courses. The total effective rates reached 85.00%,and there was significant difference in the two groups（P〈0.05=the treatment days of the treatment group were less than that of the control group.）Conclusion The treatment method with electroacupuncture combined with Point Injection of opposing needling has evident effect in intractable hiccup resulted from Cerebrovascular Disease,and stimulates body energy,enhances immune,decreases the mortality of cerebrovascular disease.
