正交试验优化金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:优化金银花中绿原酸的水提工艺。方法:设计正交试验,以绿原酸对原药材的收率为指标,以紫外分光光度法为检测手段,优化金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材粒度60目,加入15倍量水(pH=4),于70℃浸提3次,每次1h。结论:本文建立的方法操作简便,重复性好,绿原酸收率高。Objective：To optimize the water extraction process ofchlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae.Methods：The extraction process of chlomgenic acid in Flos lonicerae was optimized by orthogonal test, the extracting rate of chlomgenic acid as index and ultraviolet spectrophotometry as detection method.Results：The optimum extraction condition was： the particle size of medicinal substances was 60 screen meshes, 15 fold water （pH=4） marinated 3 times at 70℃ , and lh each time.Conclusions：This method is easy to operate, has better reproducible and high extracting rote of chlomgenic acid.
