摘 要:目的:探讨迟发性维生素K缺乏性颅内出血患儿血浆心房利钠肽(ANP)水平与低钠血症的相关性。方法:应用放射免疫法检测36例颅内出血患儿血浆ANP和血清钠水平,并与15例健康同龄儿对照。结果:迟发性维生素K缺乏性颅内出血患儿血浆ANP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),昏迷患儿ANP升高更明显(P<0.01,P<0.05);颅内出血患儿血浆ANP水平与血清钠水平呈负相关(γ=-0.748,<0.05)。结论:迟发P性维生素K缺乏颅内出血患儿血浆ANP水平反映脑损伤严重程度,且ANP参与低钠血症的形成过程。Objective:To investigate correlation of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) level and hyponatremia in tardive Vitamin K deficiency inlracranial hemorrhages infants.Methods:Radio-immunity method was used to detect the plasma ANP and serum sodium level of tardive Vitamin K deficiency inlracranial hemorrhages infants, and 15 healthy Infants was taken as control.Results:The plasma ANP level of tardive Vitamin K deficiency intracmnial hemorrhages infants was obviously higher than conlrol healthy infants (P〈 0.01 ), the plasma ANP level of coma infants increased more obviously (P 〈 0.01, P〈 0.05). The plasma ANP level of tardive Vitamin K deficiency intracranial hemorrhages infants had negative correlation with serum sodium level (γ= -0.748, P〈 0.05). Conclusions:The plasma ANP level of tardive Vitamin K deficiency intracranial hemorrhages infants is related to severity of brain damage and prognosis; moreover, ANP may be invloved in hyponalremia.
