摘  要:通过单因素实验法,研究了液化剂配比、液化时间、液化温度、催化剂用量、玉米淀粉与液化剂配比对玉米淀粉液化效果和液化产物羟值的影响。结果表明,硫酸是玉米淀粉多元醇液化的有效催化剂;玉米淀粉最佳液化工艺为:玉米淀粉与液化剂质量比为1∶6,硫酸用量为液化剂质量的3%,液化剂中PEG 400和甘油质量比为7∶3,液化时间25 min,液化温度150℃,此条件下液化残渣率为2.0%,所制备的玉米淀粉液化产物羟值为447.0 mgKOH/g。Effects of reaction parameters, including the solvent ratio, liquefaction duration, temperature, catalyst dosage, ratio of cornstarch and the solvent on the liquefaction of cornstarch in polyhydric alcohols and its lique- fied products were studied by means of single-factor experiment method. The results showed that sulfuric acid was an effective catalyst to the liquefaction of cornstarch in polyhydric alcohols. The optimal liquefaction technology in- cluded: ratio of cornstarch to solvent (mixture of PEG 400 and glycerin) was 1:6 (w/w) ; dosage of sulfuric acid was 3% of the solvent; ratio of PEG 400 to glycerin in the solvent was 7:3 (w/w) ; the reaction time was 25 min, and the reaction temperature was 150℃, respectively. The residue percentage was 2.0% and the liquefied product was 447.0 mg KOH/g under the optimal liquefaction conditions.
