摘　　要：百年师范积淀,10年本科发展,使学校站在了新的历史起点上。在新起点上推进学校"十二五"及中长期科学发展,要认真学习贯彻党的十七届五中全会精神,把贯彻落实《"十二五"规划建议》和《教育发展规划纲要》结合起来,牢牢坚持科学发展这一主题,继续深化对校情和地方经济社会发展的认识,紧紧围绕学校"强本申硕创建综合大学"的发展目标,突出抓好学科、专业、课程和人才队伍建设,科学统筹和正确处理好扩大规模与提高质量等10个关系。The accumulation of teacher education in more than 100 years and the 10-year development of undergraduate education bring the University to a new starting point.Promoting the scientific development of the University during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and long-term period from the new starting point requires us to learn and carry out the essence of The Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC,The Proposal of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and The National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs by holding the theme of scientific development.The scientific development also appeals for enhancement the awareness of the status of the university and of the service for the local economy,focusing on the goal of strengthening the undergraduate education and application for the authority of master degree,making the development of discipline,majors and the teaching staff prominent,and balancing 10 relationships between the quantity and the quality.
