摘 要:自升式海洋平台是海上施工的重要设备,其造价昂贵、设计复杂,承受着复杂的环境荷载作用。目前关于地震对其作用的研究还较少,有必要进行地震与风、浪、流等荷载对自升式平台的动力分析研究。文中在考虑流体附加质量及地基土体抗转效应的前提下,建立了适合动力分析的海洋平台计算模型,并利用弹塑性时程分析方法研究了其在地震及其他环境荷载共同作用下的动力响应。结果表明环境荷载作用方向对现役自升式海洋平台的抗震性能有着较大的影响,在平台结构抗震性能评估中应予以重视。The jack-up offshore platform,which has the characteristics of high cost,complexly design,and complex environmental load,is important marine construction equipment.At present,the research about the effect of earthquake on it is still less.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of the earthquake,wind,wave and current on the jack-up offshore platform with the method of dynamic analysis.In this paper,offshore platforms calculation model is established that suitable for dynamic analysis,and using the nonlinear time history analysis method to study the dynamic response under the action of earthquakes and other environmental load power.Note that,the fluid added mass and the effect of foundation soil resistance transgenic are taken into account.The results show that the direction of environmental loads has a great influence on the seismic performance of active duty jack-up offshore platform,and should be paid more attention in the platform structure anti-earthquake performance evaluation.
