洪素兰教授运用“治未病”理论防治乳腺增生病的经验

摘　　要：目的:总结洪素兰教授运用"治未病"理论防治乳腺增生病的经验。方法:乳腺增生病的未病先防,首重情志调节,强调移情易性、腹式呼吸,保持心情舒畅;重视形神兼养,节饮食、慎劳逸;结合自我按摩腹部以疏通经气。已病早诊早治,运用"肝舒乐片"治疗肝郁脾虚、痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病,坚持守方、按疗程正规治疗,同时结合情志疏导、自我腹部按摩等。瘥后防复,强调避免情志、饮食等复发因素。结果:经三十余年临床观察,有效率达98.22%。结论:应用"治未病"理论防治乳腺增生病效果显著,复发率降低。Objective：To Summarize the application of ＂treatment of unpredictable diseases theory＂ to the prevention of mammary gland hyperplasia in Professor Hong Sulan＇s experience.Methods：Prevention of unpredictable diseases of mammary gland hyperplasia focused on adjusting emotion and transferring good temperament,abdominal respiration,keeping pleasant mood.Paying attention to maintain the form and spirit,keeping regular diet and avoiding overworked,with massaging abdomon to dredging Jing Qi.Early treatments should be done when getting ill,using ＂Gan Shu le Pills＂ to treat mammary gland hyperplasia which is caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,sputum stagnation and blood stasis.To insist on standard treatment according to the formula and treatment course and combine with dredging emotions and massaging abdominal yourself.To prevent disease recurrence and avoid recurrent factors like emotion,diet and so on.Results：The effective rate is 98.22% during 30 years＇ clinical observation.Conclusion：The theory has effective results when using the prevention of mammary gland hyperplasia and the rate of recurrence is lowered significantly.
