摘　　要：目的:总结孙玉信教授运用麻杏苡甘汤治疗咳嗽临床经验。方法:以麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤加味治疗风寒、风湿、外风内热等证型咳嗽。结果:麻杏苡甘汤能有效缓解咳嗽症状。结论:麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤治疗风寒、风湿、外风内热等证型咳嗽有良好临床疗效。Objective：To summarize Professor Sun Yuxin＇s clinical experience of using Maxing Yigan Decoction in treating cough.Methods：To use modified Maxing Yigan Decoction to treat cough of wind-cold,wind-dampness and external wind-internal heat syndromes.Results：Maxing Yigan Decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of cough.Conclusion：Maxing Yigan Decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of cough of wind-cold,wind-dampness and external wind-internal heat syndromes.
