凉血化瘀解毒法对MRL/lpr系统性红斑狼疮模型鼠肝肾功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:评价造模情况及药物对肝肾功能的影响。方法:观察药物对MRL/lpr系统性红斑狼疮模型鼠体质量、饮食、饮水、肝肾功能、尿蛋白、抗双链(天然)脱氧核糖核酸(抗ds-DNA抗体)、抗核小体抗体的影响及各指标之间相关性。结果:造模、灌胃对体质量影响较少,主要在于药物因素。模型组有肝损伤,阴性组肝损伤不明显,用药组均有降丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)作用,中药组降ALT作用较弱,用药组间比较,无统计学差异。模型组TG、TCH升高,用药组对TG的影响不明显,中药组对降TCH有一定作用。造模组蛋白定量、血BUN较高,用药各组均有降低尿蛋白及BUN作用,中西药结合降尿蛋白具有协同作用。尿葡萄糖酐酶变化无明显规律,药物作用影响不明显。结论:MRL/lpr鼠有一定肝肾损伤,中药复方为犀角地黄汤加减用药较为安全,有一定保肝及降尿蛋白、降抗dsDNA作用。Objective：To evaluate the modeling condition and drugs influence on the function of liver and kidney.Methods：The impact of the drug on MRL/lpr rats＇weight,eating,drinking,liver and kidney function,urokinase protein,anti-dsDNA amtibody,anti-nucleosome antibody was observed and the relativity of different factors was studied.Results：There was little influence on the weight by modeling,lavaging due to the drug factors.The model group got liver damage,while the liver damage was not obvious in the negative group.The ALT was lowered in all drug groups.The Chinese medicine group had little impact on lowering ALT.There was no statistic difference in drug group.The TG and TCH went higher in model group,while the drug group had no obvious effect on TG and the Chinese medicine group had certain effect on lowering TCH.In modeling group,the Protein Quantitation and blood BUN is relatively high,while the urokinase protein and BUN in drug group were lowered.The combination of Chinese and western medicine had synergistic effect.No obvious change law of urinary glucose anhydride enzyme.Therefore,the effect of drug was not significant.Conclusion：The liver and kidney function is impaired in MRL/lpr mouse.It is much safer to adopt Chinese herbal compound-Modified Xijiao Dihuang Docoction,which is helpful to protect liver,lower the urokinase protein and anti-dsDNA.
