抗痨颗粒联合西药治疗重症淋巴结结核疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗痨颗粒联合西药治疗重症淋巴结结核的疗效。方法:对52例重症淋巴结结核患者采用抗痨颗粒与西药抗结核药相结合的方法进行治疗,疗程1年。结果:有效率100%,能明显缩小肿大淋巴结,并且为手术彻底清除病灶创造条件。结论:抗痨颗粒联合西药对重症淋巴结结核有明显的疗效,并且副作用小。Objective：To observe the effect of anti-tuberculosis particles made by Chinese Medicinals in the treatment of severe lymph node tuberculosis.Methods：52 patients with severe lymph node tuberculosis were treated with anti-tuberculosis particles made by Chinese Medicinals combined with western medicine of anti-TB drugs.Results：The effective rate of using anti-tuberculosis particles made by Chinese Medicinals in the treatment of severe lymph node tuberculosis was 100%,which can significantly reduce the swelling of lymph nodes,and create conditions for complete removal of lesions with surgery.Conclusion：Anti-tuberculosis particles made by Chinese：Medicinals have marked efficacy in the treatment of severe lymph node tuberculosis and little side effects.
